In my career I have been involved in the development and construction of approximately 3.5
million square feet of land, office complexes, high-end residential and retail facilities located in
Colorado, Texas, Northern Virginia, Central Florida, Southern California, and Missouri valued in
excess of $330 million - much of it for publicly traded REIT’s. Over the years I have also owned
and managed communications, retail, and portfolio management companies. The common
thread through all of these ventures has been the responsibility to account for and manage teams
and finances worth many millions of dollars.

detention pond.

mortgage packages, monthly progress and financial reporting for lenders and owners,
presentations for project approvals, construction contracts, commercial leases, purchase

and construction contracts for land, office, and high-end retail development. I have also

groups.
U I am honest, trustworthy, and reliable. I serve as General Manager for an investment
portfolio of over twenty (20) HUD apartment complexes valued in excess of $380
million. I oversee acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing for the portfolio. I
supervise the interaction of the various property management companies with the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development to assure project and reporting
compliance. I have been vetted personally and financially by the U.S. Government in
order to act in this capacity.
U I cultivate comprehensive computer, networking, software, and database management
skills using my home lab and corporate networks. I implement and maintain firewalls,
routers, switches, vpn’s, virtual machines, vlan’s, and network attached storage at the
enterprise level.
U I am proficient in all major accounting and project scheduling/management software. I
am also proficient with the entire Microsoft Office suite of software, as well as the latest
versions of Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cisco IOS, HP IOS, Citrix XenCenter,
